Opened: 1887
From 1908 also electric rolling stock
Closure: 1922 (or short after that date), replaced by Merksem Oude Bareel
Intended for the lines from Antwerpen to Lillo, Zandvliet, Brasschaat and Wuustwezel
It was a wooden shed, because of the fortresses of Antwerpen, so in case of war it could be broken down quickly.

Opened: 1922. It was a replacement of the depot of Merksem IJskelder, which was closed shortly after 1922.
